Room in a shared flat

Hey everyone!

I am Johannes, 28 years old and originally from Germany. I have been living in Switzerland for four years now and currently live alone in a relatively large apartment. Therefore, I would like to sublet one or two rooms.

The apartment:
The rooms are each approx. 20-22 m² in size. Additionally, a spacious living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen are available for shared use.

The apartment is already well equipped, so you don't have to worry about household items:

• Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes, everything is there
• Living room with couch, armchair, dining table, dresser, side table
• Internet is set up
• Seating set for the outdoor area
• Drying racks in the apartment as well as in the basement, in case the one upstairs is occupied
• A projector has been ordered, making movie nights or game nights easily possible
• A few plants are still to come to make it even more cozy

The living room is not yet fully furnished, so you are welcome to contribute your own ideas.

Costs & rental period:

• Rent: 2020 € per room and month
• All costs except electricity are already included in the utilities
• Electricity is additional, as it is not included in the utilities
• Rental period: at least one year

Briefly about me:
I would describe myself as an open, sympathetic and uncomplicated guy. I like to be active, do a lot of sports and am basically fond of being among people. A relaxed and respectful coexistence is important to me, where everyone has their own space, but people still enjoy spending time together.

Who I am looking for:
I would be happy to find someone who is athletic and active, open and sympathetic, has both feet on the ground and is interested in pleasant flatshare life. It is also important to me that agreements within the flatshare are respected and that one wants to contribute to the shared life to some extent.

A few things are particularly important to me:
I am explicitly looking for an alcohol- and drug-free flatshare. I would rather not have alcohol in the apartment and therefore wish for someone who does not drink themselves. Of course, I have nothing against an occasional party night outside the apartment; I just don't want a classic party flatshare where celebrations make up a large part of everyday life.

Overall, it is important to me that no stress, no drugs and no alcohol are brought into the apartment and that we have a relaxed, respectful place to live.
