(English below) We are looking for new tenants for our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Zürich-Albisrieden. Please note the information regarding the takeover of furniture at the end of the description.

The apartment is located in a modern new building from 2022, which we took over as first occupants. The stated rental conditions correspond to our previous rental documentation and are still subject to confirmation by the administration. A rent adjustment may be possible.

Note on service charges: In our previous living situation, as a two-person household, we received refunds of around CHF 1'500.– with the annual service charge statements. The actual billing, of course, depends on individual consumption and actual costs.

Takeover Date
The apartment must be taken over as of 7. December 2026. Please consider this date in your application.

Furniture Takeover
The following three pieces of furniture are for sale to the new tenants. Please mention in your inquiry that the takeover of all pieces of furniture at the stated prices (total 2900 CHF) is an option for you.

• Bedroom wardrobe: IKEA PAX, 4.5 m wide, newly assembled when we moved in and in very good condition. Takeover price: CHF [1500.-]. New price including assembly: CHF [2990.-]. Wardrobes are approx. 3.5 years old.
• Corner sofa Berlou I (Home24): Takeover price: CHF [900.-]. New price excl. delivery: CHF [1'849.-]. Woven fabric - cream - long chair standing in front on the left. Approx. 3.5 years old.
• HERSTERA raised bed (anthracite, 225 l, 50 cm x 150 cm x 30 cm). Takeover price: CHF [80.-]. New price: CHF [169.-].
