Room in a shared flat

From 15 November, my room in our 3-person shared flat on Militärstrasse in Zürich will become available. The room faces the courtyard and the apartment offers really much space, whether for sitting together, inviting friends, or just for retreating.
You will live together with two other people. Our open living and dining area has a modern kitchen and plenty of storage, enough space for cooking or for shared dinners, and is 1A equipped.

On the upper floor, there is also a guest toilet with a steam shower. Downstairs are the three bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool.
The highlight is the large roof terrace with a view over Zürich all the way to the Uetliberg.

With whom you will be living
One of your flatmates is Pia, 32. She works at USZ in medical technology, likes doing sports, and is out and about a lot with friends. At home, she also occasionally hosts a dinner or an Apéro. She is open, sociable, and looks forward to nice company.

We are looking forward to someone who has desire for a relaxed and considerate WG life.
Every two weeks, our cleaning lady Maria comes and takes care of the common rooms and bathrooms. For this, approx. CHF 100 per person is incurred.

You will be sharing with two other people. Our open-plan living and dining area has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and lots of room for cooking or enjoying dinners together.
Upstairs, there is also a guest bathroom with a steam shower. Downstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
The highlight is the large rooftop terrace, with views across Zurich all the way to the Uetliberg.

Who you will be living with
One of your flatmates is Pia, 32. She works in medical technology at University Hospital Zurich, enjoys sports, and often spends time with friends. She also occasionally hosts a dinner or drinks and nibbles at home. She is open, sociable, and enjoys good company.
We are looking for someone who would enjoy a relaxed and considerate shared living environment.
Our cleaner, Maria, comes every two weeks to take care of the communal areas and bathrooms. This costs approximately CHF 100 per person.
