Appartamento di 1 ½ locali

English below.

Please read the description carefully, automated/standard inquiries via Flatfox will not be answered.
I am subletting my cozy 1.5-room apartment in Kreis 6 for the period from October 29, 2026, to December 1, 2026. Your roommate: my cat, Bowie.
About the apartment:
Small but lovely: Spacious kitchen, living/sleeping area, small bathroom, and a large outdoor patio right in Zurich.
Rent: CHF 1,400 incl. all utilities (note: there is no Wi-Fi).
Location: Quiet surroundings, only a 10-minute walk to the Limmat river or the Rigiblick funicular.
You must be a absolute cat lover. Bowie is wonderful and will give you plenty of affection and cuddles. However, he also needs attention, so I prefer someone who isn't away too often and is home daily.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and I prefer a quiet person (the well-being of my lovely neighbors is very important to me).
Please write a few lines about yourself in your inquiry and let me know what brings you to Zurich during this time. I look forward to hearing from you! =)
