Poiché mi trasferisco per motivi personali, cerco un nuovo inquilino per il mio adorabile appartamento di 2,5 locali a Seefeld. L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2025 e mi sono trasferito subito dopo la ristrutturazione.

Offrendo 52 m² di superficie abitabile, dispone di un'ampia zona giorno e pranzo, una camera da letto separata e un balcone privato.

La posizione
Situato nella bellissima zona di Zurich Seefeld, l'appartamento è vicino alla fermata Höschgasse, con la fermata dell'autobus Botanischer Garten direttamente di fronte all'edificio. Un supermercato Coop dista meno di cinque minuti a piedi e anche il Lago di Zurigo è raggiungibile a piedi.

Affitto e disponibilità

• Affitto mensile: CHF 3,030, inclusi CHF 160 di spese accessorie (affitto netto CHF 2,870)
• Il mio posto auto nell'edificio può essere subentrato opzionalmente per ulteriori CHF 390 al mese
• Disponibile dal 1 gennaio 2027, o previo accordo

As I am moving for personal reasons, I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely 2.5-room apartment in Seefeld. The apartment was fully renovated in 2025, and I moved in immediately after the renovation.

Offering 52 m² of living space, it features a spacious living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a private balcony.

The apartment

• Modern kitchen newly installed during the renovation, including a dishwasher
• Private balcony
• Second floor, no lift
• Private cellar storage compartment
• Shared laundry facilities serving just five households in my section of the building - access has always been straightforward during my tenancy
• Unfurnished; selected furniture items can be taken over by agreement if desired, with no obligation

The location
Situated in beautiful Zurich Seefeld, the apartment is close to the Höschgasse stop, with the Botanischer Garten bus stop directly outside the building. A Coop supermarket is less than five minutes away on foot, and Lake Zurich is also within walking distance.

Rent and availability

• Monthly rent: CHF 3,030, including CHF 160 in ancillary charges (net rent CHF 2,870)
• My parking space in the building can optionally be taken over for an additional CHF 390 per month
• Available from 1 January 2027, or by agreement

Aufgrund eines Umzugs aus persönlichen Gründen suche ich eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seefeld. Die Wohnung wurde 2025 komplett renoviert; ich bin direkt nach der Renovation eingezogen.

Auf 52 m² bietet sie einen grosszügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, ein separates Schlafzimmer und einen eigenen Balkon.

Die Wohnung

• Komplett renoviert im Jahr 2025
• Moderne, im Rahmen der Renovation neu eingebaute Küche mit Geschirrspüler
• Eigener Balkon
• 2. Obergeschoss, ohne Lift
• Eigenes Kellerabteil
• Gemeinschaftliche Waschküche mit nur fünf Parteien im Hausteil - die Nutzung war bisher stets unkompliziert
• Unmöbliert; einzelne Möbel können auf Wunsch nach Absprache übernommen werden, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung

Die Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Zürcher Seefeld, nahe der Haltestelle Höschgasse. Die Bushaltestelle Botanischer Garten befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ein Coop ist in weniger als fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, und auch der Zürichsee liegt in Gehdistanz.

Miete und Bezug

• Monatliche Miete: CHF 3'030 inklusive CHF 160 Nebenkosten (Nettomiete CHF 2'870)
• Optional kann mein Parkplatz im Gebäude für zusätzlich CHF 390 pro Monat übernommen werden
• Bezug ab 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung
