Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere unglaublich coole und gemütliche EG-Wohnung in Zürich!
Die Wohnung
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was das WG-Herz begehrt: einen gemütlichen Balkon, einen Garten mit Grill und jede Menge Platz für entspannte Abende zusammen. Dazu gibt's eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner direkt in der Wohnung sowie Beamer, Soundsystem, Netflix und alles, was man für gemütliche Filmabende braucht.
Die Lage ist super: Die Uni, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV-Haltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Gehminuten). Auch der See und die Innenstadt sind in rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet, nur dein eigenes Zimmer kannst du nach deinem Geschmack einrichten.
Deine Mitbewohner
Du würdest mit Max und Denis zusammenwohnen. Beide sind berufstätig, super unkompliziert, offen und immer für ein gemeinsames Bier oder einen lustigen Abend zu haben. Bei uns herrscht eine entspannte, gesellige WG-Atmosphäre, in der man gerne mal etwas zusammen unternimmt, aber natürlich auch seinen Freiraum hat.
Mietdauer & Konditionen
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 2. Dezember 2026 zunächst bis zum 28. Februar 2027 befristet verfügbar. Anschliessend werden Bad und Küche saniert. Während der Sanierung besteht grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit, weiterhin in der Wohnung zu bleiben, zu einem auf 30 % der regulären Miete reduzierten Mietzins.
Nach Abschluss der Sanierung wäre auch eine unbefristete Weiterführung des Mietverhältnisses denkbar. Eine allfällige Verlängerung sowie die genauen Konditionen während der Sanierung würden wir individuell besprechen.

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our awesome and cosy ground-floor apartment in Zurich!
The Apartment
Our flat has everything you could wish for in a shared home: a lovely balcony, a garden with a BBQ, and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy evenings together. We also have our own washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, plus a projector, sound system, Netflix, and everything you need for a great movie night.
The location is fantastic: the university, supermarkets, shops, and public transport stops are all just around the corner (5 minutes by foot). Both the lake and the city centre are within a 20-minute walk.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, only your own bedroom comes unfurnished, so you can make it your own.
Your Flatmates
You'll be sharing the apartment with Max and Denis. Both are working professionals, super easy-going, friendly, and always up for a beer or a fun evening together. We have a relaxed and sociable atmosphere where we enjoy spending time together while, of course, respecting everyone's personal space.
Rental Period & Conditions
The room is available from 2 December 2026, initially until 28 February 2027, on a fixed-term basis.
After that, the bathroom and kitchen will undergo renovations. During this period, there is generally the possibility of continuing to live in the apartment while paying only 30% of the regular rent.
Once the renovations are completed, there may also be the option to extend the rental agreement indefinitely. Any extension and the exact conditions during the renovation period would be discussed individually.
