**Chambre meublée dans un appartement fraîchement rénové à Zürich-Wiedikon, Kreis 3 — du 01. août au mois d'avril 2027 (possible au prorata, priorité aux locataires à partir du 01. août)** Je loue ma chambre meublée dans un très bel appartement fraîchement rénové à Wiedikon / Kreis 3. L'appartement est lumineux, aménagé de manière chaleureuse et idéalement situé : à seulement quelques minutes de l'arrêt de tram **Schmiede Wiedikon** et de la gare **Zürich Giesshübel**. Pour rejoindre Zürich HB, il faut environ **10 minutes**, et la **Sihl** est accessible en environ **2 minutes** à pied. L'appartement est partagé avec un colocataire très sympathique, actif, âgé de 26 ans. Il convient parfaitement à quelqu'un qui souhaite vivre de manière centrale, calme et simple à Zurich pendant quelques mois. L'appartement a été récemment rénové et dispose d'une cuisine moderne, d'un beau parquet, d'un salon lumineux avec coin repas, d'un balcon ainsi que d'une nouvelle salle de bain avec sa propre machine à laver et son sèche-linge. La chambre est meublée avec un lit, un bureau, une chaise de bureau, un fauteuil, une armoire/espace de rangement et une penderie. August)** I am subletting my furnished room in a beautiful, freshly renovated flat in the lovely Wiedikon area, District 3. The flat is bright, cosy, and very nicely located: just a few minutes from **Schmiede Wiedikon** tram station and **Zurich Giesshübel** S-Bahn station. Zurich HB is around **10 minutes away**, and the **Sihl river** is only about **2 minutes** on foot. The flat is shared with one very nice professional guy, aged 26. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, central, and uncomplicated place to stay in Zurich for a few months. The apartment has been recently renovated and features a modern kitchen, beautiful parquet flooring, a bright living and dining area, a balcony, and a newly renovated bathroom with its own washing machine and dryer. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, armchair, wardrobe/storage, and clothes rack.
