Room in a shared flat

Flatmate wanted in a shared flat in a calm neighbourhood at the corner of the Irchel Campus. As Antoine soon is moving out, Can (36, Engineer) is looking for a new flatmate that will take over the room starting from 01.09.2026 (the date is flexible and can be maybe slightly later as well...) The room(12 m²) is unfurnished. The rest of the flat has a large living room with garden, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The common places are furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer. The building has shared washing machines and a dryer at the basement floor. There is a possibility to request a closed parking garage from the apartment management for car parking with an additional cost. I am an easygoing, tidy, non-smoker and responsible person. And I like snowboarding, kitesurfing, bouldering, biking and playing chess. respect the calm atmosphere in the flat. I don't have wild parties, but I do like to invite friends over for a breakfast or a relaxed evening every now and then. And i do enjoy the occasional dinners and interesting conversations in the flat I value open communication and am looking for a flatmate who is an early professional, adventurous and enthusiastic about life.
