Hi! I’m Lorenzo, a friendly and slightly nerdy Italian who loves cooking, art, and techno. I’m looking for a new flatmate for a furnished 7 sqm room in our shared apartment, available immediately.
The flat will be shared by three people in total, including you. I’m looking for someone who speaks English and enjoys a good chat now and then. The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, and I value respect, openness, and a relaxed atmosphere at home.
Rent and terms

• Room: furnished, approx. 7 sqm
• Available from: immediately
• Duration: flexible - no fixed preference; I can also accommodate very short stays
• Registration (Anmeldung): possible for standard stays; for very short stays without Anmeldung, the price may differ from the listed rent
• Utilities: included, provided they are used reasonably; only small shared costs for consumables
• Deposit: depends on the length of the contract

Location
The apartment is right by the train station, which makes getting around very easy. With the windows open, you may occasionally hear some city noise. With the windows open on the train station side you will hear... you guessed it, Train Noises!
