Room in a shared flat

Since my roommate is unfortunately moving in with her boyfriend and leaving me (38 / f) alone in a beautiful 5.5 room apartment, I am looking for a new roommate starting from 01.11. (or by arrangement). The apartment is also very spacious for 2 people, with 2 balconies, guest room, dining and living room in a great house community. Dishwasher and washing machine are located in the apartment.
On the sketch, it is room 1 that is becoming vacant (No. 2 is the guest room).
If you are a weekly resident, we can gladly talk about the rent.
I look forward to an open-minded and lovely person who enjoys participating in WG life and can feel just as comfortable and at home here as I do.
I work 2.0% as an engineer and am often and gladly on the go and look forward to nice inquiries.
