2 ½ rooms apartment

We live in a very central 2.5 room old building apartment directly on Hottingerplatz. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this apartment, except that we personally lack one more room… The apartment impresses with: - Super central location directly on Hottingerplatz (tram station, post office, pharmacy, Denner, Reformhaus, bakery all within 1 minute's reach, Stadelhofen 10 minutes on foot, HB 5 minutes by tram) - Balcony almost in the treetops - Kitchen with space for a table - Large bathroom with daylight - Built-in closets - Basement and attic compartment - only 4 residential units in the house We are looking for a minimum 3-room apartment in districts 2/6/7 or 8. My dream would be to have a small private garden, so we are mainly looking for apartments with gardens - large terraces are also acceptable. We look forward to your offers!
