2 ½ rooms apartment

I am renting out my bright, fully furnished apartment in Zürich-Wollishofen for a limited sublet of approx. 3 to 6 months. The apartment is located at Esstrasse 37, only a 2-minute walk from the lake. It is south-facing, very pleasant to live in, and has a private terrace that is not overlooked. You really have peace and privacy there. The location is very practical. Coop, Migros, Tram 7, Bahnhof Wollishofen and bus connections towards Sihlcity are reachable in about 1 minute on foot. The house itself is quiet, with families and long-term residents. The apartment is fully and high-quality furnished. WLAN, TV and all utility costs are already included in the flat rate. A cellar compartment and a drying room are also included. It is important to me to give the apartment to someone who handles it carefully. I am therefore looking for a quiet and responsible single person or a couple. Pets are rather not intended. I am flexible regarding the exact rental duration, if it fits well humanly and organizationally.
