Room in a shared flat

Hello :) My name is Alessia and I am going traveling on 10.10.26. For this purpose, I am renting out my furnished room until the end of January 2027. You may freely choose the move-in date from 10.10.2026. The rent is 1200.- per month incl. balcony with a view of the greenery, WLAN and utilities.
I live near Goldbrunnenplatz in the beautiful Kreis 3. In the immediate vicinity, there are various shopping facilities and a tram station (lines 9 and 14).
I live together with my roommate. We are both psychologists and approx. 30 years old. In December, we are traveling together, which is why you would have the entire apartment to yourself from December until mid-January.
