1 ½ rooms apartment

Due to a new job, I am looking for a successor tenant for my beautiful apartment in Oerlikon starting from 01.10.2026. Oerlikon station can be reached on foot in 5-10 min. This provides optimal connections to the center and the airport. The 1.5 room apartment is part of a relatively new residential building and combines a modern standard with a quiet location. The modern fitted kitchen offers everything one needs in everyday life (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator). The remaining living space can be used creatively as a divided living/sleeping and dining area. The large and bright balcony receives plenty of afternoon sun and offers a great additional living area, especially in summer. The bathroom is small and without a bathtub, but otherwise leaves nothing to be desired. Modern washing machines and dryers (4x each) are available in the basement for the entire house. I have had the experience that one can wash and dry at any time without prior planning. The costs for this are billed via a special app (approx. 1.3 CHF/h washing machine use). A large cellar compartment (warm, dry, locked) can be used for storage. Parking spaces in the house's own underground garage can be rented separately in addition to the apartment.
