Room in a shared flat

ROOM:

The room offers a breathtaking view of the Üetliberg. It is large, bright, and unfurnished. A sliding door connects it to the living room.
The apartment features a beautiful, open living room and a spacious entrance area. Adjacent to the living room is a balcony with a view of the Üetliberg, from which one can sometimes see cows or goats in the pasture in front of it.
Our kitchen is well-equipped with everything one needs for cooking and even features a dishwasher. The bathroom has two washbasins, so you will have your own, as well as a shower-bathtub. The WC is separate. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area. However, you are at the S-Bahn Triemli in five minutes. From there, you are at the HB in ten minutes (currently up to Selnau). Likewise, tram lines 14 and 9 as well as bus lines 33 and 80 run there. Just as quickly, however, you are also in the forest at the Üetliberg. Or on the Panoramaweg. It has a dreamlike Alpine panorama.
Move-in is possible on 1. November, slightly later by arrangement. Our contract is currently limited until 31.3.2027, but JUWO will very likely offer you a follow-up apartment if you need it then.
Included in the rental price are rent and utilities; the WLAN costs an additional 19,50 Fr.

My current roommate Jana will soon have finished her Master's and will unfortunately be moving out. I am looking for a cool new male roommate or a cool new female roommate who maintains peaceful coexistence and completes the chores independently.

I AM:

I am Charlotte, 23 years old, and moved to Zürich at the beginning of the year after living in a WG in Basel for four years. I did my Bachelor in Law there. However, as I have found more and more enjoyment in art, I am now studying my Master in Art History here in Zürich. I am currently pausing that, however, as I have recently been able to complete an internship in a gallery. I am very interested in art and music and am always happy about a drink or good coffee.
