Per 1. Dezember 2026 suche ich eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für meine 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Turbinenstrasse 26 im Kreis 5.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock mit Lift. Der offene Wohn- und Schlafraum hat einen Parkettboden und einen durchgehenden Balkon. Die Küche ist mit Glaskeramikherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und viel Stauraum ausgestattet, das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Waschmaschine und Tumbler stehen direkt in der Wohnung. Ein Kellerabteil, ein Veloraum und ein Trockenraum gehören dazu.
Lage: Escher-Wyss-Platz mit Tram 4, 13 und 17 in wenigen Gehminuten, Bahnhof Hardbrücke in rund 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Schiffbau, Viadukt und die Markthalle direkt vor der Tür. Migros und Coop sind um die Ecke, zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man etwa zehn Minuten.
Miete: CHF 1'890 netto plus CHF 190 Nebenkosten akonto, total CHF 2'040 pro Monat. Der bestehende Mietvertrag mit der Livit AG wird zu den gleichen Bedingungen übernommen, die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten. I am looking for a new tenant to take over my 2.5-room flat at Turbinenstrasse 26 in Zurich’s Kreis 5 from 1 December 2026.
The flat is on the 6th floor with a lift. The open-plan living and sleeping area has a parquet flooring and a full-length balcony. The kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage; the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer are inside the flat. A cellar compartment, bike room and drying room are included.
Location: Escher-Wyss-Platz with trams 4, 13 and 17 is a few minutes’ walk away, Hardbrücke station about five minutes on foot, and Schiffbau, the Viadukt arches and the Markthalle are right on the doorstep. Migros and Coop are around the corner, and the main station is about ten minutes by tram.
Rent: CHF 2,420 net plus CHF 190 for utilities on account, CHF 2,610 per month in total. The existing lease with Livit AG is taken over on the same terms; the deposit is three months’ rent. Applications are handled digitally via a link the property manager sends out after the viewing.
