Hello,

I am temporary renting my great and bright apartment of 50 sq in Zurich Wiedikon (Badenerstrasse) until 15th January as the entire building will be renovated afterwards. The flat is located in the center of Zurich, 5' walking from Wiedikon train station and Lochergut tram station. Plenty of of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.

The flat has two rooms (including one big of 25 sq), one big living room and the whole flat is already fully furnished. The bathroom, shower and kitchen are new and the flat has its own new washing machine.

The rent is offered with a discount at 2020fr/month all included, except electricity, instead of 2870fr/month.

The furniture can be sold to the new tenant at half price. If you are interested, please send me a PM if you want to visit the flat.
