The apartment including kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The bathroom with bathtub, the kitchen with dishwasher & oven with steamer, were newly renovated in 2025.

I am looking for a reliable, reflective female flatmate who appreciates mindful and quiet cohabitation, as well as order and cleanliness. Someone with a desire for relaxed cohabitation, where everyone has their own personal space, but one also enjoys cooking together, philosophizing, exchanging news, sharing worries and fears, drinking tea or coffee, spending an evening together or not.

I (f, 40) am interested in many things, like being at home and enjoy silence and retreat as much as exchange, cozy togetherness and cooking and eating together. Open communication and mutual consideration are important to me. Additionally, I appreciate a good degree of order and cleanliness.
