Dream apartment on the 19th floor with evening sun and loggia in the Basilisk Tower. Our modern 4.5-room apartment in the lively Kreis 9 offers 103 m² of sufficient space for the whole family. The monthly rental price is 4450 CHF. Upon request, our two parking spaces (200.- each) can be taken over. On the 23 OG there is a common room with a terrace. The apartment has its own cellar compartment and plenty of storage space. We are looking for an apartment in Zürich that has a balcony or terrace and has at least four rooms. We are looking in the quarters Albisrieden, Wiedikon, Wipkingen, Höngg and Altstetten.
