Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new roommate for our relaxed 3-person shared flat in Zürich starting from 01. November.

About us:

Joel, 31, works as a supervisor/caregiver. In his free time, he likes to be active, plays padel, goes skiing in winter, goes to the gym, and enjoys spending the summer at the Limmat or at Lake Zürich. Additionally, he likes to discover new food spots and places in Zürich and is interested in wine.

Cruise, 36, works in the IT sector and also likes to be active. Sports, dancing, and traveling are among his greatest interests. In Zürich, he enjoys being on the go, discovering new places, and spending his free time with friends. At the same time, he appreciates peace and his own personal space at home.

What is important to us:
We are looking for an uncomplicated, open-minded, and employed person who is already somewhat established in life and appreciates relaxed cohabitation. It is nice to occasionally have a drink, eat, or do something together, but at the same time, everyone should have their own personal space.

Cleanliness and reliability are important to us: We have a cleaning plan and expect that it is actually adhered to. Additionally, we are looking for someone who does not reserve the bathroom for 45 minutes for a meditative timeout in the morning. 😄

The room will initially be rented with a fixed-term contract for 6 months. If the cohabitation works for everyone, there is the possibility to subsequently extend the contract indefinitely.

About the room:
The room is rented furnished. The bed frame as well as the large chest of drawers are a permanent part of the room and will remain in it.
Additionally, if interested, the mattress, the lamp, as well as another chest of drawers can be taken over from the current tenant. However, this is completely voluntary.
All utilities are already included in the rental costs, including internet, electricity, and other ongoing costs.
