From 1 January 2027, a furnished room will become available in my charming 3-room old building apartment. The offer is ideally aimed at weekly residents or persons who work part-time in Zürich and are looking for regular accommodation for individual days per week.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained old building in a quiet, green area near Hegibachplatz. Stadelhofen station can be reached with tram 4 in 5 minutes, the main station in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very bright, features beautiful old parquet and tile floors and is stylishly, high-quality and minimally furnished.

The available room is approx. 15m² in size, is located courtyard-side and is furnished with a bed, table, chair and wardrobe. Upon request, I am happy to also provide bed linen and towels.

About me (W35): I work as the artistic director of an art association as well as a dance teacher. I place great value on respectful and mindful interaction and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. A friendly male cat lives with me.

The monthly total amount of CHF 1160 consists of the rent (CHF 800), a furnishing surcharge (CHF 160) as well as the utilities incl. household items (CHF 200).
