I am renting out a bright and cozy, unfurnished single room in a 4.5-room apartment at Sempacherstrasse 79, 8032 Zürich (1st floor).

• Rental period: 1. November 2026 to 30. April 2027 (6 months) (extension possibly possible)
• Rental agreement extension: An extension of the rental agreement is possibly possible.
• Rent: CHF 1’250.– per month, including heating and service charges
• Pets: allowed

Apartment & WG life
A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use.
In addition, there is a cozy garden with a seating area for shared use as well as a bicycle parking space.
Two other female roommates live in the apartment. Each person has their own space and goes about their own things. As a result, you rarely see each other in everyday life.

The apartment is located in a quiet and green residential area in Zürich-Hottingen.
