Room in a shared flat

I'm a (36yo, male) researcher at ETH, renting one furnished room in my apartment with the possibility to take over the entire 3.5 room flat around May/June 2027.

The building is conveniently surrounded by many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, with excellent public transport connections. Altstetten train station is just two blocks away and there are nearby stops of tram 2 and bus 80. This offers convenient and direct connections to Paradeplatz, Zurich city center, ETH Hönggerberg.

There is a large storage place in the rooftop, shared washing machine and tumbler with flexible booking, internet, locked bike storage, and the possibility to rent a covered car parking.

I travel often and I am looking for someone respectful, tidy and reliable. Preference will be given to someone that is willing to take over the flat from next summer (I will leave most of the furniture inside for free).
