Room in a shared flat

Per approx. mid-December or by arrangement, a room (approx. 28-29m2, unfurnished) will become available in our beautiful shared flat, as Florence is moving out of Zürich for professional reasons. Our shared flat is located in a beautiful terraced house in the quiet Loogarten quarter, close to greenery but still very well connected to the city.

The room is facing west and is very bright thanks to the large window (as is the case with the entire apartment). Together we use our beautiful living room plus kitchen/dining area, which together make up an entire, open floor. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers + bathtub and a cellar with its own washing machine and room dryer. In front of the living room there is a garden and on the top floor two terraces facing east and west.

In the shared flat, we are currently four people plus 2 toddlers as well as a cat. Patrick is moving out in November, as he has decided to move into his own apartment. Leonie and Jonas are a couple and Maels' parents. They will also be moving into their own apartment in March.

Your room would become free from mid-December and is limited until the end of February.
If interested, please introduce yourself in a few words and let us know if it would be okay for you to commit to not terminating the shared flat room before the end of February.
