I am renting my bright and spacious 3.5-room attic apartment in Zürich-Oerlikon on a limited basis from mid-December 2026 to the end of September 2027 due to a temporary professional activity outside of Zürich.

The apartment has 72 m² and is located on the 3rd floor (attic floor). It features bright, high rooms, parquet flooring, and a modern standard of finish (2018). The kitchen and bathroom are modernly finished and fully equipped. A washer-dryer combination unit is located directly in the apartment.

The apartment is rented largely furnished. In addition to the bedroom and the spacious living/dining area, another unfurnished room is available, which can be used flexibly as a home office, study, or guest room and furnished accordingly.

Location
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Zürich-Oerlikon (8050), with very good connections to public transport. Bahnhof Oerlikon (approx. 3 min by bus), Zürich HB (approx. 13 min by tram) and Flughafen Zürich (approx. 15 min by tram) are easily accessible.

At the same time, various green spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. The Irchelpark and the forest (Zürichberg) are quickly reachable, and a large meadow is located directly opposite.

Who am I looking for?
Since I will be living in the apartment myself again after my return, a careful and respectful handling of the apartment, the furniture, and the interior is particularly important to me. I am looking for a reliable person who feels at home here during the sublet and takes appropriate care of the apartment.

I am preferably looking for a working individual.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
