Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone, I am looking for a roommate for a friendly shared apartment (Zweck-WG) starting immediately, aged 23 to 43. Students are preferred, as long as it remains rather quiet in the apartment and no large parties take place. Friends visiting are of course welcome. It is important to me that the kitchen and the bathroom are kept clean and that the interaction with one another is pleasant and respectful. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a bed, and a desk. It is approx. 14 m² in size, has two windows, and receives a lot of daylight. From one of the windows, you have a view of the Uetliberg. About me: I am 40, a self-employed IT specialist, who prefers to be outside in nature in his free time rather than at home on the sofa. I like to travel and do a lot of sports. In winter, I am also often skiing. I am an English native speaker and speak fluent High German. The room is rented for a limited period until 03.04.2027.
