Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a cozy 2-person shared apartment in Zürich-Wipkingen (8037), starting from 25 November 2026.

✨ The apartment

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful, charming old building and is situated near Röschibachplatz, in one of the most beautiful districts of Zürich.

The location is great: shopping facilities, the Limmat, gyms, and public transport are very close by. Zürich HB is reachable in approx. 25 minutes.

Rent: CHF 2’200.– per month including service charges.

Your future roommate

You will live together with Aline (32). She is a quiet, warm, and respectful person and enjoys doing sports. She likes reading, spends cozy evenings at home, and enjoys going hiking on the weekend.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a woman between 25 and 35 years old who is uncomplicated, considerate, and respectful and desires a pleasant, harmonious home. Someone who likes to do their own thing, but also enjoys a nice life together.

Interested? Then feel free to write me a message with a few bits of information about yourself. We look forward to hearing from you!
