Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a successor tenant starting from 1 November 2026 for my 13 m' large, unfurnished room.

The room is rented on an indefinite basis. The monthly rent is 1'190 CHF.

You will live together with three other female roommates, who are all students. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. The furniture in the photos will be taken with the current tenant upon moving out.

The location is very good: The tram stops directly in front of the front door. In about 10 minutes you are in the city center, in approximately 20 minutes at the unis. The area is beautiful and offers many restaurants and shopping facilities. Denner, Lidl and Coop are located in the immediate vicinity.

A current extract from the debt enforcement register is required for the application to the administration.

If interested, please feel free to write me a few sentences about yourself :)
