Room in a shared flat

As of 1 December 2026, a room with 13.1 m² in a 2-person shared apartment will become available in our modern 3.5-room new-build apartment in Kreis 6.
The apartment has a total living area of 79.8 m² and additionally a spacious balcony of around 27 m². The rent for the room is CHF 1’415.- plus CHF 115.- utilities.
The apartment includes an open kitchen with a kitchen island, a spacious living and dining area, two WCs, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A private washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the utility room, and there is additionally a small cellar compartment.
The location is very practical: The Brunnenhof tram stop with the 11 tram is only a few meters away. Milchbuck and the Oerlikon station are reachable in around 10 minutes on foot.
The room is rented unfurnished. In the photos, some of the current roommate's furniture can still be seen.

We are looking for: An open, reliable person of similar age who enjoys uncomplicated and respectful coexistence. Whether you work, study, or both, does not matter. The main thing is that you are not looking for a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG), but enjoy living in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Please provide some information about yourself with your application so that I can get an initial impression.

I am 28 years old, employed, a non-smoker, and looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person for the shared apartment. During the week, I am busy with my job and appreciate a quiet and tidy home.
In my free time, I like to be outdoors, for example, stand-up paddling. I also like to stand at the grill and take care of both meat and veggie options.
I see shared apartment life as relaxed: no pressure to constantly do something together, but a friendly and considerate coexistence. However, I am definitely up for a shared BBQ evening or an after-work beer.
