Während meiner Reise vermiete ich meine liebevoll eingerichtete und vollständig möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 4 in Zürich von Ende August / Anfang September bis Ende November 2026. Die Wohnung ist rund 80 m² gross und befindet sich im 2. Stock mit Lift. Obwohl sie sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist sie angenehm ruhig. Von den Fenstern blickt man auf Bäume und ins Grüne – eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über: * Ein Schlafzimmer mit grossem Einbauschrank * Ein zweites Zimmer, das derzeit als Ankleide- und Schminkzimmer genutzt wird, sich aber problemlos als zweites Schlafzimmer oder Büro nutzen lässt (Matratzen und Bettgestell vorhanden) * Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer * Einen Balkon * Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne * Eine voll ausgestattete Küche * Viel Stauraum Zur Ausstattung gehören ausserdem: * Lift * Waschmaschine und Tumbler zur Mitbenutzung im Keller * WLAN und TV sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen Die Lage ist ideal: Die Wohnung liegt in kurzer Gehdistanz zum Lochergut, zum Bahnhof Wiedikon und zur Haltestelle Kalkbreite / Bhf Wiedikon sowie zur Bäckeranlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und der öffentliche Verkehr befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mietdauer: Ende August / Anfang September bis Ende November 2026 Miete: ca. The apartment is approximately 80 m² and is located on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. Despite its central location, it is wonderfully quiet. Most windows overlook trees and greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere and a little oasis in the middle of the city. The apartment features: * One bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe * A second room, currently used as a dressing and vanity room, which can easily be converted into a second bedroom or a home office (bed frame and mattresses are available) * A cozy living room * A balcony * A bathroom with a bathtub * A fully equipped kitchen * Plenty of storage space throughout the apartment Additional amenities include: * Elevator * Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement * High-speed Wi-Fi and TV, both included in the rent The location is excellent. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Lochergut, Zurich Wiedikon train station, Kalkbreite / Bahnhof Wiedikon tram stop, and Bäckeranlage park. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all just a few minutes away.
