I am renting out, immediately or by arrangement, a furnished room in my beautiful and well-maintained 3.5-room apartment in a quiet location at the edge of the forest in Neu-Affoltern with very good public transport connections to Zürich-Oerlikon.

The 14 m² large bedroom is already equipped with a 160-cm bed and a large wardrobe and can be moved into immediately.

A special plus: You have your own small bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin for your sole use. Also, washing machine and dryer are located directly in the bathroom.

The entire apartment is 80 m² large, modern, and high-quality equipped. Open kitchen, dining and living room, and balcony can, of course, be shared.

Since I am traveling a lot for work and private reasons and am rarely at home, you will enjoy significantly more privacy here than in a classic shared apartment (WG) and will have the apartment practically to yourself for a large part of the time.
