Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 10m² in size, furnished with a bed, table, chair, and clothing storage. Upon request, I am happy to also provide bed linen, towels, and a clothes rack. The total monthly amount of CHF 960 consists of the rent (CHF 800), a furnishing surcharge (CHF 80), and the service charges including household items (CHF 80).

The room is part of a 3-room apartment (70 m2 + balcony 6m2) on the 1st floor with a large kitchen, spacious dining and living area, a balcony with lake view, and a cellar compartment/attic if needed. We share the laundry room in the cellar with the other residential parties, but can actually almost always wash without waiting time.
I live with perfect connections via bus 31 and am quietly located directly next to the forest.

• Public transport: 4 min. to bus 31 (Stadelhofen reachable in 15 min, HB in 25 min)
• Shopping: Migros, Denner, ALDI, pharmacy in 8 min. walking distance

The offer is ideally aimed at weekly residents or persons who work part-time in Zürich and are looking for regular accommodation during the week. If a weekend is occasionally spent in Zürich, this is also no problem, following consultation.
You (female) are employed, uncomplicated, cheerful, open-minded, and between mid-20s and 40. It is important to me that one feels at home, treats each other with respect, and if you feel like it, you look forward to a shared dinner or a drink. Anything is possible, nothing is mandatory. Cleanliness and order are important to me.
