I am looking for a male or female flatmate for a beautiful, bright 3.5-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) in the heart of Zürich-Seefeld. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy home in one of Zurich's most beautiful areas, this could be just right for you.

The apartment is spacious, flooded with light, and is located in an unbeatable location.

Location highlights:

• 1 minute to the Hoschgasse tram stop • 3 minutes walking distance to Lake Zurich and the Chinagarten • Coop, Migros, pharmacy, cafés and everything for daily needs right around the corner

The shared areas include:

• Spacious and cozy living room • Sunny balcony – perfect for morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening • Bathroom with plenty of storage space • Laundry room and private cellar compartment

I am moving into the apartment myself, so we will have the opportunity to make it our home together. The common areas are already furnished and fully equipped, but still offer enough space to design them individually together.

A clean, tidy, and respectful living atmosphere as well as careful handling of the apartment are important to me.

A deposit in the amount of three months' rent is required.

About your future flatmate

I am 35 years old and work in finance. I usually work from home one day per week and am away on business for about two weeks every four months.

In my free time, I like to be active: I go to the gym, travel, attend concerts, hike, and spend time outdoors.

I value a friendly relationship – for example, over a coffee together, occasional cooking, or an aperitif on the balcony. At the same time, it is important to me to respect the privacy and personal habits of the other person.

My goal is to create a home that is relaxed, cozy, and inviting – and not just an apartment that one shares. Who I am looking for
