2 ½ rooms apartment

For the next 6 months, we are looking for someone to sublet our beautiful furnished apartment in Alt-Wiedikon, with the possible possibility of an extension.

The apartment is very high-quality, modern and bright and is located in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. It has 2.5 rooms on approx. 58m² on the ground floor and offers a beautiful garden. The furniture remains more or less in the apartment, so you can move in very easily with just your suitcases.

Alt-Wiedikon is one of the most beautiful quarters in Zürich: quiet, green and yet very central. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are reachable on foot. With tram 9 and 14, you are also very well connected to the rest of the city and Bahnhof Binz or Wiedikon is also very quickly reachable. Likewise, one can walk to the lake and one is very quickly in nature :)

• Move-in: from beginning/middle of November (depending on agreement)
• Duration: 6 months, extension possibly possible
• Rent: CHF 2700 per month excl. utilities. Utilities would then be Serafe, WLAN, electricity, utility bill (gardener, caretaker etc).
• Deposit: CHF (3 months' rent)

We are looking for someone who is quiet, very clean and tidy and will take very good care of our home. Non-smoker, no pets.
