Room in a shared flat

I am renting a 6 m² cozy room with its own WC in a light-flooded 53 m² apartment - completely furnished and fully equipped. The room is rented including a wardrobe, lamp, and curtains. Only a bed would have to be brought by yourself.

📅 Move-in by agreement, possible as of 2.Dezember 2026

The apartment features:
🏡 53 m² living space
🌅 Large terrace with a beautiful view (access via the kitchen): perfect for relaxing, for sports, being creative, or simply enjoying the sun
🌿 Additional balcony (access via the living room)

💸 Costs: 2940 CHF/month (incl. NK, EWZ plus professional cleaning every 2 weeks); if you do not want to use the room full-time (e.g., only as a weekly resident), I will of course gladly adjust the price

About me:
I am 38 years old and work as a psychotherapist. I love plants, like to be physically active, and spend my time both in the mountains and in the city. For me, my home is a place to feel good and recharge; a small oasis of calm as a balance to often hectic everyday life.

Who I am looking for as a roommate
Ideally, I would like to live with a woman who values order and cleanliness and desires a harmonious, respectful living atmosphere. I look forward to an occasional shared dinner or a nice exchange; at the same time, it is important to me that everyone has their own space and can also withdraw.
I wish for a non-smoker without pets, who takes pleasure in a well-maintained and cozy home.
