Due to the central location and proximity to bars and restaurants, noise disturbances may occur, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The building has steep and narrow stairs and no elevator, which may not be suitable for some guests. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city, a maximum of 30 nights will be charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a security deposit of CHF 2'000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or more, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
