2 ½ rooms apartment

We are a young couple and have been living in OerlikonOne since the completion of the extensively renovated property in summer 2025. As we are embarking on a journey for around nine weeks, we are renting out our fully furnished and excellently equipped 2.5-room apartment for a limited period as a sublet in January and February 2027.

The apartment impresses with its modern amenities, a pleasant living atmosphere, and its first-class location directly at the Zürich Oerlikon station. An absolute highlight is the fantastic view: from Uetliberg via Oerlikon to the Eastern Swiss and Glarus Alps, including sunrises and sunsets.

The building was extensively renovated over several years and completed in summer 2025. The interior presents itself accordingly modern and as new. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so nothing stands in the way of an uncomplicated move-in.
