Our wonderful 2.5-room apartment on the second floor in Kreis 10 will become available from 01.11.2026. Potentially, the apartment can also be moved into a few days earlier.

The bright apartment is approximately 55 qm in size and is equipped with beautiful parquet flooring. It features a large living room, one bedroom, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a renovated bathroom with a bathtub and its own washing machine with integrated dryer. The highlights of the apartment are the two balconies (north and south facing) and the dreamlike view over Zürich and into the mountains. A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment.

Since our apartment was originally connected to our landlord's apartment, the shared electrical distribution box is located in our apartment and must therefore, if necessary, be made accessible to the landlord; therefore, the rent also includes service charges and electricity. The apartment will preferably be rented to quiet and reliable single individuals or couples.

The tram line 50 is reachable within a 3-minute walk and travels to the HB in approximately 10 minutes. It is also only a few minutes to the Limmat. There are bicycle parking facilities in front of the house. A private parking space can be rented for 150 CHF / month.
