Room in a shared flat

From 2.22.26 or 2.2.27, a room will become available in our apartment in the Maaghof. You would live together with Livia (24, works in addiction prevention) and Justus (27, in the health sector). And more importantly: the two cats Azura and Mavi (with the most beautiful blue eyes).

Room
Your room is approx. 26 square meters, bright and has large windows with a view of the Prime Tower. You share the bathroom with a bathtub with Justus.

Rent
CHF 2428.33 per month

Additional costs (EWZ approx. 70.- every three months, cleaning service approx. 90.- every 2 weeks, Wlan 40.- per month) we split among ourselves with Splitwise.
You would be included in the rental agreement as a subtenant. A deposit of CHF 4255 (3 months' rent) is required. Please also send us your current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug).

Apartment
Our 4.5 room apartment is approx. 245 qm. We have a large kitchen where a lot of cooking is done, a cozily furnished living and dining area with a projector, as well as a balcony. We have our own washing machine and a dryer in the apartment, plus a cellar compartment and a bicycle room. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented separately.

Location
You are within 3 minutes of Hardbrücke station or Schiffbau, and yet it is relatively quiet here. The Coop Prime 2 and the Roots are located directly opposite our building entrance.

About you
We are looking for a person who loves cats and enjoys city life. We are home a lot; if you are on the go a lot yourself or have no problem with it - perfect match! We like our home very much and enjoy taking care of it; it would be nice if you bring the necessary care and cleanliness. We are queer friendly! 🤍

Feel free to get in touch with "Hoi Büsi" if you have read this far and would like to get to know us.
