The apartment 🏡
Beautiful, bright apartment with a view, directly near the Zürich Altstetten station and with two WCs. Shopping facilities are located directly nearby – ideal for spontaneous purchases or daily needs.
The room (approx. 15 m²) has a large window front and offers plenty of daylight. It is basically rented unfurnished; the kitchen and living room are already fully furnished.
The wardrobe in Foto 3 can be taken over for CHF 100.

Your future roommate: Oscar
I am Oscar (33), from Zürich, work as a scientific employee and am doing my PhD in the field of data anonymization on the side.
In my free time, I like to cook, go running, ride my bike, or hike in the mountains; in winter, I go skiing. I also play video and board games and occasionally pick up the guitar. I like reading classics and am interested in languages and other cultures. And when I travel, I am often drawn to UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Who I am looking for
An uncomplicated, open, and independent person, ideally from their mid-20s, in a Master's, a Doctorate, or in professional life.
The shared flat is rather quiet, but more than just a functional community: sometimes cooking together, having a game night, having a beer, or talking about God and the world. At the same time, everyone has their own life and is allowed to withdraw at any time.
In short: a quiet, pleasant 2-person WG where you get along well, but nothing is mandatory.
