2 ½ rooms apartment

Hello everyone!

Since we are treating ourselves to a three-month break from beginning of January 2027 to beginning of April 2027, we are subletting our beloved apartment. This apartment is our absolute home; it has become extremely dear to us and we have furnished it with a lot of love.
Officially, it is a 3.5-room apartment. Since we are locking one room (our private bedroom) as storage space, 2.5 spacious, fully furnished rooms are at your full disposal for these 3 months.

What to expect:

• Outdoor area: The apartment has its own balcony as well as a roof terrace. Unfortunately, it is not quite as cozy and beautiful in winter as in summer.
• Living area: Bright, cozy living room with sofa, large dining table, and work area (home-office-ready).
• Bedroom: Ready to move in, furnished with a cozy bed and wardrobe.
• Kitchen & Bath: Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a clean, well-maintained bathroom.
• All-Inclusive: Fast WLAN, electricity, water, Serafe, and the use of all household appliances are already completely included in the rental price.

The Top Location:
The apartment is located on Culmannstrasse in the desirable Kreis 6 (Oberstrass). The location is simply unbeatable: The Universitätsspital Zürich (USZ) and the ETH Zürich are practically around the corner and easily reachable on foot in less than 5–7 minutes. The tram stations Haldenbach and Sonneggstrasse are almost at your doorstep – in just 5 minutes you are at the Hauptbahnhof. Shopping facilities (Migros/Coop) as well as cozy cafés are within immediate walking distance.

Who we are looking for:
Since the apartment is so important to us and we have a wonderful, very mindful neighborhood, we are looking for a quiet, tidy, and reliable single person or couple, not suitable for a shared apartment (non-smokers). It is important to us that you do not host house parties, do not cause "trouble," and treat the apartment and the furniture as carefully as if they were your own. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet oasis for work, an internship, or studies.

• Rental period: Fixed from 01.01.2027 to 01.04.2027 (strictly limited, not extendable).
• Monthly rent: CHF 2'200.– (flat rate including all utilities, internet & furnishing).
• Deposit: 2 monthly rents.
• Official: The sublet will be reported to the administration.
