Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my beloved apartment and am looking for someone to take over my room temporarily - long-term takeover possible by arrangement. My current roommate will be staying; he is 31 from Madrid and has been living in this apartment for a year now.

The apartment is a renovated old building from 2016 with a large modern kitchen and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. In addition to the living/dining room, we also share an office with large cupboards. The highlight is the large balcony with sun from noon until evening. In the cellar, there is a compartment as well as a private laundry tower (laundry is also no problem in the evenings and on weekends). Outside, there is a covered bicycle parking space.

The apartment is centrally located on a low-traffic one-way street. Top public transport connections at Goldbrunnenplatz and Coop, Migros, Aldi, pharmacy, everything within walking distance.

Furniture can be taken over upon request (free of charge). Move-in date by arrangement from 19.10.2026.
