2 ½ rooms apartment

Hey! I am offering a cozy 2.5-room apartment in Zürich, Kreis 3. It is 55 m² in size and costs 1873 CHF per month. 3 years ago, the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated and a new beautiful laminate was laid in the rooms. The highlight of the apartment is a large balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is in the Heuried area. 2min on foot to the Badi, 10min on foot to the forest, 15min on foot to Idaplatz. In return, we are looking for a min. 3.5-room apartment (min. 70qm) for max. 2900.- incl. Preferably also in 8055 Zürich. At least close to nature and the city at the same time.
