Looking for a short-term home in Zürich? And are you not a Christmas grouch? Then read on!

Roommate wanted from 1. November – Zürich Kreis 12, near Stettbach

Are you new to Zürich, starting a new job, or simply looking for a cozy home for the next few months? Then this could be a very good fit!

As of 1. November or by arrangement, I am looking for a nice, uncomplicated roommate for my large, bright 5.5-room apartment in Kreis 12, near Stettbach.

The room is unfurnished. Additionally, there is a separate office for shared use – in case you need to be productive from time to time.

Who could it suit?

Particularly good for people who are new to Zürich and want to arrive and settle in quietly first. A fixed-term rental would be ideal, but it is not set in stone. If it works for both sides, it can gladly become something more long-term.

The location is impressive:

Coop, Migros, Denner and Lidl are practically at your doorstep. You can reach Glattzentrum in about ten minutes on foot, and if you have had enough of city life, you are in the forest in five minutes. The public transport connections are also great – also for everyone who works in the hospital.

A small highlight: We have a cozy café directly in the building and really great neighbors.

And who else lives here?

Me – and my house cat. So, a love of animals is a prerequisite. By the way, the cat already has a fixed rental agreement and is staying.

I wish for someone who is open, uncomplicated and considerate. A relaxed togetherness, where everyone also has their own space.

And one more thing: I like the Christmas season. You don't have to love every Christmas movie, but you perhaps shouldn't be a complete Christmas grouch. A little bit of Christmas spirit is part of it here.
