3 ½ rooms apartment

We currently live in a modern 3.5-room new apartment (95 m²) in Zürich Oerlikon, just about 8 minutes from the train station. The apartment has two bathrooms, a small balcony, its own washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a very high-quality finish. The rent is CHF 3034.- including ancillary costs (we have also gotten back ancillary costs every year so far). In return, we are looking for a centrally located apartment in Zürich (at least 3 rooms), ideally in district 3, 4, 5, 6 or in Wipkingen.
