Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a young fun person to take my place in this incredible house, I'll be leaving because of work related reason. You will join 5 other young professionals, mainly italians.
You will live a three minutes walk away from Kunsthaus, doesn't get better than this in my opinion. There seems to be an error with flatfox rent price, the rent including nebenkosten is around 1550-.

I am selling the furniture you see in the photo, so write to me only if you are interested in buying them as well!
