Room in a shared flat

I am traveling in November and am therefore subletting my room from 2. to 30. November 2026.

The room:

• approx. 26m², bright and quiet, fully furnished
• Part of a 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms) with kitchen, bathroom and balcony
• Greifenseestrasse 48, 4250 Zürich
• CHF 2'660.– for the whole month, everything included (Internet, utilities, electricity)

The location:

• Quiet residential area in the Tempo-30 zone
• Reachable on foot: Hallenbad Oerlikon, tennis courts, Hallenstadion
• Oerlikon station and Zurich center are easily reachable by bike or bus

Your roommate:
You will live together with Benjamin. He is 24 and studies Game Design at the ZHdK.

A bit about me:
I am 37, work for the Stadt Zürich and am self-employed on the side. I am very athletic and enjoy traveling. In November I will be away, so the room belongs to you for the whole month.
