2 ½ rooms apartment

Beautiful and centrally located apartment in Zürich – Flatmate wanted I am looking for a serious, respectful and reliable person to share my apartment until 1 December +- 1 month. After that, the entire apartment will be sublet to another person. A permanent 50/50 shared apartment is basically possible. However, since the apartment only has one separate bedroom, the living room would have to be converted into a second private sleeping area using mobile partition walls. The apartment would be even better suited for someone who works or studies in Zürich and only requires an overnight stay three to four nights per week. The apartment The apartment features: * Two terraces, one at the front and one at the back * One separate bedroom * One living room that can be converted into a second sleeping area * One bathroom * A fully equipped kitchen * Furniture, cooking utensils and household equipment The apartment is very centrally located: * Tram stop Wipkingerplatz: 1 minute on foot * Zürich Hauptbahnhof: approximately 7 minutes by tram * The trams run approximately every 7–10 minutes * Zürich Hauptbahnhof by bicycle: approximately 8 minutes * Hardbrücke: approximately 4 minutes * Coop: 2 minutes on foot * Lidl and Aldi: approximately 8 minutes on foot * Wipkingerwiese and river: 2 minutes on foot Entertainment and equipment The apartment also contains: * Two high-end computers with 4K and WQHD screens * Another computer connected to the entertainment system * PlayStation 5 * Projector * Cinema Hi-Fi surround system in the living room * Ibanez electro-acoustic guitar * Kawai MP-10 digital piano Occasional gatherings with up to approximately 20 people can take place in the apartment. However, it is not a party apartment. Loud music or excessive noise after 22:00 is not allowed. Please note that the apartment does not have a cellar or a cellar compartment. There is therefore no additional storage space. Rent and included costs The total monthly rent for the apartment is CHF 2'600. In an equal 50/50 shared apartment, the share would normally be CHF 1'200 per person per month. For a person who only stays overnight in the apartment three to four nights per week, a suitable agreement and a corresponding price can be discussed depending on usage.
