Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female (30-40 years old) to share my beautiful apartment, filled with sunshine, views, and good vibes. The room is available immediately, and until mid- end March 2027, with a possibility of extending.

A bit about me and who I'm looking for: I am 36 year old female from South Africa, working as a researcher at ETH Zurich. I do pole dancing, knitting, love a glass of wine, am in the artist communities in Zurich and have quite a busy social life. I enjoy going out dancing from time to time.

I'd love to find someone who can enjoy some chats and a glass of wine with me, but also someone enjoy their private time. I am also looking for someone who respects the quiet in the mornings or when coming home late at night. I am quite a clean and tidy person and I'd like to live with someone who cleans up after themselves and helps with cleaning responsibilities in the apartment.

The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, bike parking, dishwasher, wifi, television, and all the comforts you may need.

Your room is a about 15sqm and comes with a double bed, bed side table, curtains and lighting. It leads our into the shared terrace, which is also accessible from the living room area. The room is lovely and bright and you'll be very happy there!

On the apartment, there are two bathrooms, one with the wash tower is our shared bathroom that I will use occasionally, and the other bathroom is my private ensuite bathroom in my bedroom.
