The building is located in the urban Europaallee neighbourhood in close proximity to numerous shopping facilities (open on Sunday, which qualifies as a minor miracle in Switzerland), restaurants and take-outs, and has internal waste and paper disposal. The rent includes cleaning service, laundry facilities directly in the flat, liability insurance as well as fast internet (1000 MB/s) and other ancillary costs.
